In our Help Center, we strive to provide comprehensive answers to questions that our users might have. If you find any question not adequately answered, though, by all means reach out to us at email@example.com.
Questions about a running bot
The best way for us to support you is if you link your question to a specific bot instance that you’re already running. If this is the case, then you can simply send us your help token so we can access some of the information related to your note. You can access your help token by going into the 'Help' tab in any of your running instance(s).
Don't worry, we will not have access to your bot source when you send us the help token.
Pair this help token with your question and try to give as much context as possible in relation to your question. Please send your e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Questions about my bot strategy
Unfortunately, our policy dictates that we cannot offer individual users tailored strategy advice related to their bot, their code, or their rules. We've decided instead to concentrate our energy and resources on building the best platform for our users and making sure that it runs as smoothly as possible.
However, we suggest joining our Discord community to learn from the experiences of other users, many of who will have already encountered similar questions that you might now have.
