Trality regularly offers competitions to pit the best creators against each other.
Whenever there is a new competition, you can find it under app.trality.com/competition or by navigating to competitions on the left hand side.
Here you will find all past and running competitions.
We will also publish any new competition on trality.com/competition.
Each competition is divided into two periods:
1. The submission period: during this period you can submit your bot to the competition. You can still make changes to the bot and resubmit it before the competition period starts. During the submission period, the competition will still be open for registration.
You first need to register and accept the Competition Terms and Conditions before you can submit your bot to the competition. Note: Some competitions do not require you to pre-register and you can submit your bot immediately.
Once you registered, you will be able to click the Submit bot button on the top right where you will be asked to select a bot. This bot will then be run on a virtual account. Note: This bot will not count towards your subscription limit of running virtual bots.
Your submitted bot will then show up under Submissions. If you choose to submit a new bot, the previous submission will automatically be removed. You can also choose to cancel your submission.
2. The competition period: this is when the bots submitted to the competition start all running at the same time. This is the duration in which they will actively trade and you won't be able to make changes to your bot anymore. Thus, you need to make sure your bot runs well and does not get stopped due to errors before the competition period begins. During this period, the bots will be ranked on a leaderboard based on various performance criteria.
Once the competition is over, the winner will be determined.
