Every now and then Trality will offer promo codes for new, and existing users to get a discount on the paid subscription.
Applying a promo code for new users
Simply follow the steps of creating a Trality subscription by going into your accounts Subscription Settings.
Here, you click on Change Plan and follow the steps of selecting your desired plan. You can find more information about the features of the different plans on our pricing page.
After selecting a plan, you must select your desired Billing Cycle and enter your Payment Method. We currently only support card payments.
Please keep in mind that if you receive an error message when adding your card, you might have entered the wrong address details or security code - in this case make sure to double check your card details.
In the last step of Review & Confirm, you have the option of adding your promo code:
You are good to go, and to confirm and pay!
Applying a promo code for existing users
The process of applying a promo code for existing users is the same. Follow the steps of changing your subscription and follow it until the final step.
Keep in mind that any change in subscription will only be applied at the end of your billing period. This means that if you are currently on a yearly plan, it would take until the end of that period to apply discounts granted through a promo code.
Potential Error Messages
You might run into any of the following error messages:
- The promocode you entered is invalid: There might be a typo in the promo code you are trying to use.
- The promocode you entered is expired: This promo code might have been valid before, but our promotion campaign period is over.
- The promocode you entered is not valid for your subscription: This promo code might only be valid for New users (if you are a user with a previous or existing subscription) or Existing users (if you did not have a subscription yet).
