Common errors
When you're creating a bot with Trality, you may encounter an error message or two along the way. There's nothing to worry about though, it's normal to have hiccups with so many moving parts. The important thing is however that you know what the error means, what went wrong and how to fix it as soon as possible. So we've put together a list of the most common error messages that our users receive to help you tackle them quickly.
- 'NoneType' object has no attribute '...'
- Account balance is zero for all assets used by the bot [...]
- Account has insufficient balance for requested action
- Could not find symbol $XX/$XX
- Does Trality support Binance Leveraged Tokens?
- Error message "It appears we do not have any data for the scenario for the selected trading pairs"
- Invalid portfolio timestamp
- Maximum number of open orders reached for symbol (Account limit is 25 with 26 currently open orders)
- MaxResize number reached for symbol
- Name Error
